3. The entity processing personal data is the online booking system Hotres.pl, which belongs to the company HOTRES Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in ul. Workers’ Housing Estate 10/4; 58-500 Jelenia Góra, hereinafter referred to as Hotres.pl.
   1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 of the GDPR – the general regulation on the protection of personal data 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.:
      • The company will process your personal data in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR for the purpose necessary to perform the contract (contract for the provision of hotel services) or take action before concluding the contract (booking a stay).
      • In accordance with Article 6 sec. 1 lit. c for the purpose necessary to fulfill a legal obligation, e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations.
4. In accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f we process personal data for the purpose necessary to implement the Administrator’s legitimate interests (monitoring of the facility to ensure security, adapting services to the requirements of guests, debt recovery).
