  • How should I make a reservation?

    Reservations should be made by e-mail, by phone or via the booking system.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    The reservation can be canceled at any time, but the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Can I change the booking date?

    Yes, provided the new date is not available.

  • When do I pay for my reservation?

    Payment for the reservation (deposit) should be made within 2 working days of its submission.

  • How to pay the deposit?

  • What are the acceptable payment methods for the entire stay?

    The payment for the stay can be made by cash, bank transfer or BLIK.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    We invite you from 15.00, while on the last day of your stay the rooms must be vacated by 15.00. 11.00.

  • Is food included in the price of the stay?

    Yes, the price of the stay includes a buffet breakfast, dinner (soup, second course + dessert), tea and coffee from the coffee machine.

  • Is it possible to order meals according to the indicated diet?

    Vegetarian meals can be ordered upon request. This fact should be reported when booking.

  • Is it possible to book a stay in Zagroda without meals?

    You can opt out of meals, but this does not affect the price of your stay.

  • Are handicraft workshops and farm activities included in the price of the stay?

    Participation in workshops and attractions is free of charge and using them is voluntary.

  • Will I use all the workshops and activities during one stay?

    The workshop schedule is prepared by the hosts of Zagroda Magia a week in advance.

  • What time are the workshops and activities?

    Workshops and activities take place after dinner, at approx. 19.00.

  • Is there a kettle, fridge, kitchenette available?

    Yes, they are available in the free chat parts.at.

  • Do we accept pets?

    Yes, the Zagroda is pet friendly. People arriving with pets should report this fact in advance. Unattended animals should stay only in the landlord’s room. The stay of animals outside the huts only under the care of the owner. In the interests of the comfort of all guests, we ask that pets not stay in common areas of the huts, e.g. dining room. The owner of the animal bears all financial and civil liability for it. The cost of the pet’s stay – PLN 25/day.

    Yes, there is an underpaid car park on the premises of the Zagroda, unguarded for the Guests of the Zagroda.

  • Do the bathrooms have a bath or a shower?

    All bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins.

  • Do you provide towels?

    Yes, there are two towels per person in the rooms.

  • Is there a playground for children in Zagroda?

    There is no playground in Zagroda, but there is a lot of free space for games and activities.

  • Is there access to the internet?

    Yes, there is a Wifi zone in the fireplace room of House Modrzewiowa.

  • What time is breakfast and dinner served?

    Breakfast is served daily between 8.00-10.00, and dinner from 17.00 to 18.00. For guests who do not have time to return for dinner, the kitchen is left for self-service reheating.

  • Are child seats available?

    Yes, we have 3 car seats available to Guests.

  • Are there bicycles available for Guests?

    No, we do not have bicycles. It is possible to rent them at a nearby rental shop.
