BOOKING

How do I make a booking?

The booking is done by email or phone. You can find the detailed instruction in the OFFER tab.

How do I cancel my booking?

The booking can be cancelled in any time, however the advance will not be repayed.

Can I change the booking time?

Yes, if the new booked time would not collide with other bookings.

PAYMENT

When do I make the booking payment?

The booking payment advance, should be done within 2 working days from the stay confirmation. You will find the detailed instruction in the OFFER tab.

How do I make the advance?

The advance should be transferred to the account number PKO BP O/Lesko 51 1020 2980 0000 2602 0058 9382.

What are the acceptable payment methods for the whole stay?

The payment for the stay can be made in cash or by transfer.

Can I pay by card?

Card payments are available from July 1st/2020

STAY

What are the departure and arrival hours?

We invite you  from 3:00 PM, and in the last day the rooms should be left until 11:00 AM.

Are meals inclusive?

Yes, a European breakfast, a dinner of two meals and a dessert, tea and brewed coffee are price inclusive.

Is there a possibility of ordering meals of a particular diet?

Vegetarian diet can be requested.
This request should be made during booking.

Can you book a stay without meals?

You can resign of the meals but it does not affect the fee.

Are the handcrafts and activities in Zagroda inclusive?

Yes, the workshops and activities are inclusive.

Will I take part in all workshops and activities during one stay?

You will find detailed information in the OFFER tab.

At what time do the workshops and activities take place?

Workshops and activities take place after the late dinner, about 7:00 PM

Are the electric kettle, fridge and kitchenette available?

Yes, the electric kettle, fridge and kitchenette are available.

Are pets admissible in the Zagroda?

Yes, pets are admissible in the Zagroda. You can find more information on your stay with pets in the REGULATIONS.

Is there a parking area in the Zagroda?

Yes, there is a parking area for the Guests in the Zagroda.

Are there bathtubs and showers in the bathrooms?

All bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, in the rooms there are 2 towels available for each person. Towels are available on request.

Is there an Internet access?

Yes, there is a Wi-Fi area in the fireplace area.

What are the meal hours?

Breakfast are served daily between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, and the late dinner is served between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.

Is there a children's playground in the Zagroda?

There is no children’s playground in the Zagroda, but there is plenty of space for games and playing.

Are there baby chairs available?

Yes, there are baby chairs available.
